How To Play

  • Registration: To enter, participants must log on and register with NASCAR.COM, then access the Fantasy Games homepage for Streak to the Finish located at http://fantasygames.nascar.com/streak. Follow the posted instructions to register for the game, then submit an entry to predict a driver to finish in one of the top ten (10) finishing positions in that week's NASCAR Sprint Cup Race.

  • Selecting a driver: Entrants will pick a driver whom they believe will finish in the top 10 for the current week's Race. If the selected driver finishes in the top 10, the entrant has an active streak. During an active streak a driver cannot be selected more than once. If your streak is broken, all drivers are once again available for selection.

  • Lock time: Driver selections must be completed approximately 5 minutes before the official green flag start time of that week’s Race, and selections can only be made for the current week's Race. Selections cannot be submitted after the current week's lock time. Selections can be made online via the NASCAR Fantasy games page OR NASCAR Sprint Cup Mobile App.

  • Scoring: For each race in which you correctly predict a top-10 finisher, you will earn that driver's actual Sprint Cup points. If you correctly predict a top-10 finisher in the next race, you have a streak of one and you gain ten (10) additional points. If you correctly predict a top-10 finisher in the third race, your streak grows to two and you’ll earn twenty bonus points in addition to the driver’s actual Sprint Cup points. As long as you keep your streak going, you will earn [streak length*10] bonus points. This game will utilize the final "Race Results" scoring for all drivers on the NASCAR.com website for scoring. In the event of penalty points assessed to a driver, the scoring for this game will only reflect the penalty points if penalty is announced by 5pm ET on the Tuesday following the race and the official "Race Results" on the NASCAR.com page are changed to reflect this penalty. Any penalties assessed that aren’t reflected in Race Results or are made after 5pm ET on the Tuesday following the race will not be used for this game. Any penalties announced that impact overall standings only and are not reflected in the official race results will not be used in this game.

  • Segments: The NASCAR Sprint Cup season will be broken into 3 segments. Segment 1 will consist of races 1-11 of the season, Segment 2 will consist of races 12-26, and Segment 3 will consist of the final 10 races of the season. Streaks can be continued across segments, however the segments will be used to determine segment Winners (the participant with the most Points of all eligible participants playing the Game at the end of that Segment will be the winner of that Segment) and for establishing the Game Periods to use the Defy My Pick (see below).

  • Defy My Pick: Once per segment you can extend your streak by adding five (5) positions to your selection. This would be used to get your pick from positions 11 – 15 into the Top 10 and thus extending your streak. To use, click the Apply button on the Defy My Pick module of the pick page. Once used you will receive a confirmation and will not be allowed to utilize again during the current segment.

  • Prizes:

    • GRAND PRIZE: One (1) Grand Prize winner will receive a check payable in the amount of One Thousand Dollars ($1,000).

    • SECOND PRIZE: One (1) Second Prize winner will receive a check payable in the amount of Five Hundred Dollars ($500).

    • SEGMENT PRIZES: Three (3) Segment Prize winners will each receive a promotional code good for One Hundred Dollars ($100) of merchandise at the NASCAR.com Superstore.

  • How to Win:

    • Grand Prize: One (1) Grand Prize will be awarded to the eligible participant who has collected the highest number of Points at the end of the Game. If there are multiple participants who tie for the most Points, then the tying participant who has selected the highest number of first-place winning drivers throughout the Game Period will be selected as the Grand Prizewinner. In the event that a tie still remains, the Grand Prizewinner will be the tying participant with the earliest submission time for his/her prediction for the final Race of the Season. If there is still a tie, the Grand Prizewinner will be the tying participant who submitted his/her entry earlier for the previous Race. This process will continue until a Grand Prizewinner has been selected. The decisions of Sponsor and/or Game Administrator will be final and binding.

    • Second Prize: One (1) Second Prize will be awarded to the eligible participant who correctly predicts at least one driver who finishes in the top ten (10) each week for the most consecutive weeks (the longest "Streak") as determined by the official results of NASCAR. If there are multiple participants who tie for the longest Streak, then the participant who has predicted the highest number of first-place winning drivers will be determined to be the Second Prizewinner. In the event that a tie still remains, the Second Prizewinner will be the tied participant with the earliest submission time for his/her Prediction for the final Race of the Season. If there is still a tie, the Second Prizewinner will be the tying participant who submitted his/her entry earlier for the previous Race. This process will continue until a Second Prizewinner has been selected. The decisions of Sponsor and/or Game Administrator will be final and binding.

    • Segment Prizes: At the end of each of three (3) Segments, the participant with the most Points of all eligible participants playing the Game at the end of that Segment will be the winner of that Segment. If there is a tie for any Segment Winner position, then the tied participant who earned the most Points in the last Race of the Segment will be determined to be the Segment Winner for that Segment. If, after that tie-breaking round, a tie still remains, the tied participant who earned the most Points in the second-to-last Race of the Segment will win. If a tie still exists, the participant who earned the most Points of the tying participants in the third-to-last Race of the Segment will be determined to be the Segment Winner. This process will continue until a Segment Winner is selected. If, after all tie-breaking rounds, a tie still remains, the Second Prizewinner will be the tying participant who submitted his/her entry earlier for the previous race.
